yoga or the ab lounger compresses your hernia and strengthens the
muscles of that area. eat mainly alkaline foods - celery is a good one
but you can only eat so much - initially the fruit papaya will help
clear the crap out of your digestive system (eat a whole one three hours
after other food and three hours before more regular food - eat a
couple, but don't torture yourself by getting addicted on the results
and doing it day in and day out). Circadian rhythms rule - the one guy
was right - no food after 8 p.m. colon cleansing occaisionally helps,
but cutting out most the salt (use sea salt - it's not a processed
salt), excess sugar (it's processed garbage too) OVER time - and all of
that processed crap sold as food is not good to balance your pH - which
is what you need to do. it's a bitch, but eventually your hernia will
decrease, and you'll enjoy life a bit more. Avoid too many supplements
because mercury is used as a preservative (just like in vaccines) - even
the expensive ones ($30 a small bottle) unless otherwise noted. who in
the fuck wants to live a long life under a doctor's care with poision
chemicals causing a deterioration in our health?
Go natural all the way - if you can - herbs are good, but eventually, if
you exercise and eat right, you shouldn't need them - it will change
your attitude about life, and make your sunnier and much more confident,
that YOU control your own health. Surgery? fuck no! hey, unless you
are in an
accident (and even then I'm not so sure) the only doctor you need is
yourself.

At first I couldn't figure out how BillyBoy got by my killfile, but now
I see this isn't from him.

The killfile button is the 'PPI' of the internet - the current gold standard
treatment for the prevention of verbal reflux and unintelligible literal
regurgitation.

Use daily for optimal efficacy.
